Amazon Web Services (AWS) is investigating degraded service affecting Webex Events Streaming. Currently, Users are unable to save Sessions or Live Streams when using a paid provider option (Restream, Studio, RTMP, Simulive). They are met with a generic error upon saving. This affects both existing and new components when using those providers. Other unpaid providers are not having the issue (Webex, etc.).
Affected regions: All
Workaround: Use a free service like Webex or Zoom.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and will post another status update in an hour or when the issue is resolved. Sign up for Amazon Web Services (AWS) status alerts and view system status at https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
