The timeframe for the scheduled maintenance has been has changed. All Branded Event Apps must now be updated between Friday, October 25, 2019 and Friday, November 30, 2019.

All Branded Event Apps must be updated between Friday, October 18, 2019 and Thursday, October 31, 2019. This update is required as the chat functionality in our event apps will be updated due to our previous provider shutting down. Apps that are not updated in the required timeframe will not have chat functionality until they are updated, and may lose messaging and conversation history.
